Eric built my wife and I a fantastic home. I have worked with a number of contactors in my career and Eric's attention to detail is unsurpassed. He was on the site every day, supervising the subcontractors and if the work was not up to his expectations, he was firm with them and made them redo the work. When we decided to build our house in Seabeck, we only had to talk to our 2 neighbors to find out the builder to use. They both had only positive things to say about Eric Johnson of Johnson Homes. Not only did they recommend him, but we were able to watch both of their houses being built while we lived nearby. We liked what we saw and decided to hire him to build our house.
Eric is extremely honest, considerate, keeps a very clean job site, works weekends if he feels it is necessary to keep the job running smoothly and demands that his subcontractors do quality work or they will be doing it over.
I have been in construction for 35 years, so I was watching closely. As the work continued I could see that Eric was watching even more closely than I was. It was a good feeling to know that Eric knew what he was doing and that things were going to be done right. Eric was aware of the latest building techniques and made sure the work was done in the best way possible for our job.

I have heard it said that designing a home is one of the most stressful things a couple can do together. When working with Eric Johnson of Johnson Homes in Silverdale, WA. nothing could be further from the truth.
Our experience working with Eric Johnson to design our home was fun, satisfying and a very positive experience.
As an engineer, I know how important it is to pay attention to all of the little details in any design and construction project. From our initial meeting with Eric, I could tell that Eric was very knowledgeable and had plenty of experience in building homes and working with people. Eric explained every step of the process and laid out a schedule that met every one of our requirements. He provided several books that helped us during each step of our design. He has great patience and continued to provide many ideas to help along the way.
Because of Eric's vast experience in designing and building homes, the schedule he made was very detailed and clear. And maybe even more impressive, was that he stayed on that schedule during the entire project. Eric's knowledge of the many state/county laws and regulations made me very comfortable knowing that at the end of the project, there would not be any design deficiencies. Eric is a true design professional, a bit of an artist and meticulous with every detail. Prior to beginning the project, I contacted several clients that Eric had worked with, and every one had nothing but positive comments about their experience. And after my experience, I can only add my name to that list of more than satisfied customers. I can say, Eric will not rest until every detail is addresses and every issue is resolved. He provided many different options for my wife and I to look at and select from. He Was not finished, until we were satisfied! My wife and I were very satisfied with every aspect of the process and project. We know that we were going to end up with a home that was well designed and well built. The design of our "Dream Home" ended up being everything we ever dreamed.
